By using https://www.agmflow.com or engaging AGM ("we", "us") for services, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide marketing services including website design and build, CRM setup and automation, paid advertising management and reporting. The scope, timeline and fees for any engagement are agreed in writing before work begins.

Fees, ad spend and commitment

• Our management fee is separate from your advertising budget. Ad spend is paid by you directly to the advertising platforms through accounts in your own name.
• Engagements are month-to-month unless agreed otherwise and can be cancelled with written notice before the next billing period.

Ownership

Website code, CRM accounts, contacts, automations, ad accounts and domains set up for you are yours. We retain ownership of our internal tools, templates and know-how.

No guarantee of results

Advertising outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, offer, pricing and follow-through. We report honestly and optimise continuously, but we do not guarantee any specific number of leads, appointments or revenue.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for compliance with laws that apply to your business and advertising, and for responding to and closing the appointments generated.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the fees paid to us in the three months before the claim arose.
